GENERAL RULES

  • 1.Students must abide by the decorum at all the time.

  • 2.Punctuality is essential and students must report to school on time.

  • 3.No student can leave the school campus during school hours without the permission of the Principal / Administrative officer.

  • 4.No visitor will be permitted to see the students & no student will be sent home during school hours.

  • 5.Student have to carry their dairy daily.

  • 6.No birthday celebration by the ways of eatables / gifts for other students and teacher are permitted. Class I to V students can come in coloured dress and class VI onward students have to come in proper school uniform on their birthdays.

  • 7.Student should keep school furniture, equipments & other objects in good condition. If any article is found broken in any class, all the students of class will have to make payment to replace that object. It is their collective responsibility.

  • 8.Use of abusive language is strictly prohibited both inside & outside the school premises.

  • 9.Unruly behavior like running in the corridors and shouting or screaming in the school premises will again invite strict in disciplinary action

  • 10.Student who come to the school with parents / driver / servant, can not leave before the concerned person arrives.

  • 11.Student should take leave when not feeling well but, no half day leave will be granted.

  • 12.Students must not keep cash. In case of loss, the school authorities will not be held responsible.

PROMOTION RULES

A student will be promoted to next class if he/ she fulfils the following criteria

  • (A).Attendance :A minimum of 75% attendance during the academic session is required A short of 15% attendance (due to prolonged illness or an unavoidable circumstances) may be condoned by the Principal. In no case a student will be promoted if his / her attendance is below 75% in that academic session.

  • (B).Assessment : From the Academic Session 2015 onwards the new CCE (Continuos Comprehensive Evaluation) Scheme introduced by CBSE has been implemented for all the classes. Assessment will be in the form of Formative & Summative. .

  • Assessment in April, May, July, August, November, December, January, February will be formative in nature and those at the end of September and March will be summative.

    Assessment will be written as well as oral test. It will also include Project/ Activities / Ouizes / Assignment/ Class work / Home work/ Work Experience / Art Education / Environment in all classes VI to IX in the subjects Maths, Science Et English, Hindi Sanskrit Grammer course of the previous term will not be carried over.

  • (C) In third language in Classes IV to VIII a minimum of 33% is required to be promoted to next class while in other subjects minimum requirement is 40%.

  • (D) A student to be promoted has to secure at least 40% marks in the Annual Term Examination Separately in each subject.

  • (E).Internal Assessment: In Subject of internal assessment such as work Experience, Art Education, Environmental Education, Physical Er Health Education etc. a minimum of Grade D is required. Any Student who secures Grade E in these subjects will not be eligible to be promoted to the next class.

  • (F).Weightage:In classes I to X there will be CCE system i.e. one term/unit courses will not be carried over to next term/unit except in Maths, English, Hindi and Sanskrit Grammar.

  • 4.A Student to be promoted has to secure at least D Grade in the Annual Examination separately in each subject.

  • 5.SA-1, SA-2 Exams will be taken on scheduled dates. There will be no retest if child misses the exams.

    (b) Student should keep school furniture, equipments and other objects in good condition.   • 8.All students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed.The school uniform is to be worn only in school and all school functions for the public. Students must at all times wear proper school uniform.

    (a) Student should be courteous and respect staff and fellow students.

    (b) Use of rough, crude and abusive language is prohibited both inside and out side the school premises. Use of foul language will lead to very strict disciplinary action.

    (c) They should refrain from unruly behaviour like running in the corridors and shouting and shrieking in the school premises of aggressive behaviour towards peers.

  • 9.Students are not allowed to use petrol vehicles. They are only allowed to use bicycles.

  • 10.Fee should be paid only in the bank by challan slip.
